We have some exciting news! We are now able to accept all major credit cards! This will help eliminate the hassle of writing checks or obtaining money orders. For those of you who still wish to write checks, you are more than welcomed to. For those who wish to pay via credit card, please call us with a valid fax number where we may fax the form. If you would like to receive the form via email, please note that the document was created with Microsoft Office Publisher.
We now have the ability to accomodate a courier onboard for a nominal fee. Please note that this is available on same-day shuttle and exclusive-use shipments only. Couriers are responsible for their own hotel accommodations, food, and return to original location.
We are once again able to offer insurance to those who need to purchase it from us. We do not transport un-insured items. If you require us to get insurance for you, we can do so for an additional fee. Our insurance can get pricey, so if you have other alternatives, we reccommend you utilize them before coming to us. All insurance requests will be estimated on a case-by-case basis. In order to expedite your request, please send the following information: Pickup information, Delivery information, Billing information, Complete list of works (along with dimensions and values) and an approximate time frame for shipment. Please note that insurance purchased covers total loss only. Also note, once you ask us to purchase the insurance and we have submitted the payment, we won't be able to cancel the insurance (due to the numerous channels we have to go through), and therefore you will be charged for the insurance even if you cancel the shipment.
We are coming into a very busy time. Please be sure to book as far in advance as possible to ensure you can secure your desired shipment dates.
If you need to email to us a list in the form of an attachment, please do so, but make certain you explain (either in the title of the document or somewhere in the email) what is contained in the document you attached. Due to the recent increase of spammers utilizing attachments to transmit viruses, spyware, etc.; any email we receive without such explanation will be immediately discarded. For those who are emailing us for the first time, failure to include such explanation of an attachment will also result in your address being added to our spam list and we will not receive any further email(s) from you.
